Some of the following tips will help you make the right choice.

* Location – It is essential to pick a location close to your hotel or then in one of the popular tourists’ spots.

* Ambience – Sometimes a good ambience, even overrides the food if necessary at a restaurant. Pick a restaurant that has a positive vibe, good atmosphere and friendly-looking servers.

* Cleanliness – Hygiene is the most important when choosing a restaurant. If the tables, dishes, glasses and the overall aura of the place is dirty, ditch it and opt for another option instead.

* Reviews – User reviews are the best way to make an informed decision. Sometimes, websites can be misleading but if there is a majority of people who are recommending the place, then definitely go for it.
